Emergency Manager Returns To Flint

The Michigan Court of Appeals continued to overturn recent rulings by Ingham County Circuit Court judges on Monday, putting state-appointed emergency manager Michael Brown back in charge in the City of Flint.

A three-judge panel granted the state's request for an expedited appeal of a March 20 ruling by Ingham County Circuit Judge Rosemarie Aquilina that removed Brown and put Mayor Dayne Walling and the City Council back in control of the financially troubled city in Genesee County.
