Jeffrey Toobin: Obamacare 'Looks Like It's Going To Be Struck Down' (VIDEO)

CNN's Jeffrey Toobin sounded alarm bells about the future of the Obama administration's health care law on Tuesday.

The Supreme Court held its second day of hearings about the constitutionality of the law, and Toobin was blunt about how the government did.

"This was a train wreck for the Obama administration," he said, echoing the views of many others. Toobin, who also writes for The New Yorker, said that Solicitor General David Verrilli had been outmatched by Paul Clement, the former Solicitor General representing the 26 states that have called for the individual mandate in the law to be nullified.

"This law looks like it's going to be struck down," he said. "I'm telling you, all of the predictions including mine that the justices would not have a problem with this law were wrong."

Toobin added that the questions the justices ask during oral arguments have become increasingly aligned with how they are likely to rule on the question before them.

"Based on what we saw today, I think this law is in grave, grave trouble," he said.
