We at Kitchen Daily think chocolate chip cookies are the bees knees of desserts; and they're one of those treats that are so much better when homemade. Each home baker has his or her own go-to chocolate chip recipe (if you don't, you should) with a particular way they cream the butter and sugar, a certain special ingredient, a signature ratio.
