San Francisco attorney Spencer Freeman Smith was arrested Thursday night in connection with a hit-and-run that killed a bicyclist who was visiting Dublin from China.
Smith, 32, was booked at Santa Rita Jail on charges of vehicular manslaughter with gross negligence and felony hit-and-run.
