Facebook holds a very unique distinction for a wildly successful company -- nobody seems to really like it. With its confusing layout, time-suck potential and privacy skeeviness, it was hardly a surprise when its stock tanked after the much-touted IPO last month.
Jest made a video promoting an alternative to Facebook, but one that comes with a price. Facebook Pro solves all the things we hate about the website, and streamlines what we like. And also adds Jake Gyllanhaal as a friend, if you're into that sort of thing.
Perhaps it's inevitable that Facebook will start charging for certain services. But until then, just remember that with Facebook, you get what you pay for.
