How To Get Your Glow On With Self-Tanning Wipes (VIDEO)

Get A Tan With... Wipes?

Riding the subway into the office this week, I've seen several women wearing pastel skirts and dresses that reveal blindingly pale, sallow legs. The look was enough to distract me on my morning commute. While I'm certainly against baking like "Tanning Mom" Patricia Krentcil, you can get a natural-looking glow easily with self-tanning wipes.

In the video above, Birchbox editor Meredith Stebbins shows us how she transforms her washed-out gams with just a few swipes of a Comodynes self-tanning towelette. And to prevent streaks and patchy spots, she first exfoliates and moisturizes. This product is a great alternative if you are short on time but want to recreate Jennifer Aniston's sun-kissed glow. Plus, self-tanning towelettes take up less space when it comes to packing for a vacation or last-minute road trip -- which means more room for shoes and makeup.

Meanwhile, make sure you read this before self-tanning your face.
