As if things weren't already complicated among the various people fighting over Southfork Ranch, Rebecca falling in love with Christopher certainly threw a kink in the plans she and her brother have been working on for two years. But on this week's installment of "Dallas" (Wed., 9 p.m. ET on TNT) things took yet another turn.
According to Buddy TV, it was an all-too obvious turn, but nonetheless it was just the kind of thing that always spices up these types of soapy dramas.
Now that she and Christopher are estranged, it's the perfect time for Rebecca to find out she's pregnant. More than likely, it's Christopher's baby, but this is a soap opera so there could be more twists and turns to come. Maybe she and her brother aren't really brother and sister and it's his baby!
At least viewers can take comfort knowing that she began trying to do the right thing by Christopher and Bobby Ewing before she got the news. She found a deed dating back to Bobby's grandfather that shows the deed J.R. now owns only covers the surface of Southfork. He has no claim on what's underneath it -- namely, all that oil he wants.
