Belgium National Day 2012: Royals Celebrate In Style (PHOTOS)

PHOTOS: Royals Celebrate Belgium National Day In Style

As July continues on, we not only get more days of national pride, but also more events where state figures can show off their sense of style. After a fashion-filled July 4th in America and Bastille Day in France, Belgium celebrated their national day yesterday -- and the royal style didn't disappoint.

All of the Belgian royals gathered for Belgium National Day to watch a series of parades and commemorate the oath of the first king of Belgium Leopold I. Princess Mathilde looked elegant as she watched the military parade wearing a cream boatneck top, printed pencil skirt and black-rimmed hat. Princess Claire went the more avant-garde route in an orange-striped dress and wide-brimmed hat.

No national day of pride would be complete without a fantastic show of traditional uniforms, so the men of the family made sure to don their smartest Belgian hats and swords.
