HIV/AIDS Prayers, Poetry, Meditations, Inspiration For Healing And Hope

The 19th International AIDS Conference is being held over the next few day in Washington, D.C with hopes that this year may be a turning point in the AIDS crisis.

The world is in the fourth decade of dealing with the HIV/AIDS epidemic that has taken so many lives and devastated communities. Since the beginning of the epidemic, more than 60 million people have been infected with the HIV virus and approximately 30 million people have died of AIDS

In the midst of the suffering, people have shown one another uncountable acts of compassion, courage and love. These prayers, poems and meditations come from cultures and religions from around the world. We hope they will be a source of comfort for all those who are living with HIV/AIDS and provide inspiration for all those who seek to provide healing and ultimately an end to HIV/AIDS.
