'Smash' Season 2 Scarves: They're Back!

The Scarves Are Back On 'Smash'!

Filming on "Smash" Season 2 is underway and amidst all the changes behind and in front of the camera, it looks like one thing will remain: the scarves.

Series star Katharine McPhee was spotted filming in the New York City streets and she was decked out in a brand new scarf. Has the success of "Bombshell" earned Karen more money for a massive scarf collection?

Following Season 1, "Smash" underwent several changes. The cast was shaken up with the departure of Jaime Cepero (Ellis), Raza Jaffrey (Dev), Will Chase (Michael Swift) and Brian d'Arcy James (Frank). Meanwhile, new faces Krysta Rodriguez, "Newsies" star Jeremy Jordan and Andy Mientus have been added to the cast. Oscar winner and "American Idol" veteran Jennifer Hudson will also appear in Season 2 of the NBC series.

But the changes didn't stop at the cast. Creator and showrunner Theresa Rebeck left the series and was replaced by "Gossip Girl" veteran Josh Safran and Joseph Aulisi will serve as costume designer. Aullisi's credits include the "Charlie's Angels" films and "Stepmom." However, it looks like the scarves aren't out the door quite yet with Aullisi.

Relive the scarves of "Smash" Season 1 and check out the new Season 2 scarf in all its glory below.
