Cuba Gooding Jr. may be known for playing roles in family-friendly pop soda like "Snow Dogs" and "Jerry Maguire," but he apparently doesn't like to be reminded of it. TMZ reports that New Orleans police officers have issued an arrest warrant for the actor for shoving a bartender at The Old Absinthe House on Bourbon Street on Tuesday morning at 3 a.m.

According to the New Orleans Police Department, no arrests were made at the scene. The 44-year-old actor, who is in New Orleans shooting the historical drama "The Butler," allegedly became enraged and started cursing after several patrons at the bar began snapping photos of him; he then allegedly shoved a female bartender twice after she asked him to leave the bar. Gooding is wanted on a misdemeanor battery warrant.

A publicist for Gooding declined to comment to the Associated Press.
