'American Idol': Keith Urban And Nicki Minaj Close To Judging Deals (REPORT)

After months of rumors and speculation, "American Idol" is reportedly close to choosing two new judges for Season 12: Nicki Minaj and Keith Urban.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Minaj will receive $8 million to join "Idol" with additional allowances for wardrobe, hair and makeup.

Meanwhile, Urban has allegedly agreed to take a seat a the "Idol" judging panel for somewhere between $3 and $4 million, according to THR's source.

Mariah Carey is the only new official "Idol" judge and is reportedly making $18 million for the gig.

Two seats were left vacant on the panel when Steven Tyler and Jennifer Lopez announced their back-to-back "Idol" departures in July. Reports also surfaced that Randy Jackson -- the only original "American Idol" judge still standing -- will be moving on to a mentor role on the show.

Other rumored judges include Kanye West, Nick Jonas, Pharrell Williams, Alanis Morissette and Sean "Diddy" Combs.
