According to Gretchen Rubin, author of "The Happiness Project" and "Happier at Home," there are times in life when you just can't be happy. For example, one of the biggest threats to one's happiness is losing a loved one or unemployment. Knowing that life isn't always going to be perfect, Gretchin told me what you can do to stay positive and motivated during some of the hardest times in your life.
