Have we learned nothing from "Shaq Fu: Da Return?"

Miami Heat forward Juwan Howard is one of 14 NBA players featured on the rap album, "Full Court Press Vol. 1," with some of the rap industry's elite. On his song, "It's Time to Ball," Howard raps alongside Miami natives Rick Ross and Trina.

"I started having fun with it," Howard told NBC 6. "I was like, you know what? I've done this before at home in the shower, but now it's real in the studio, but I started getting into the beat. I have a little rhythm."

Other athletes including Lamar Odom and Carlos Boozer will be featured on the album as well, alongside big-name artists like Snoop Dogg, Birdman, The Game, T-Pain, Dorrough, Bun B, Soulja Boy and Twista. See some clips below.

Producers on the project wanted to create an album with artists and athletes that kids look up to, with clean and motivational lyrics. They are also searching for a children's nonprofit to benefit from sales.

Any plans for a second round?

"I would love to get LeBron and D-Wade to be with Juwan," Shannon ‘Slam’ Lawrence, president and CEO of Full Court Press Music, told NBC 6. Of course.

Howard's song will hit iTunes in Oct. 30 and the entire album will drop during the NBA All Star Weekend in February 2013.
