If you took all the best street foods from around the world and put them in a boxing ring, who would win? We're guessing we're not the only ones who want front row seats to this fight.

The best thing about international street foods is that you can find many of them in major cities all over the world -- so you don't have to go to Mexico to get your arepa fix. But New York City hot dogs? Well, those you can only find in the Big Apple.

Here's how the deathmatch works:

Starting September 11 at 9 a.m. Eastern, Round One will begin.

Wednesday, September 12 at 12 a.m. Eastern, Round Two will begin.

Thursday, September 13 at 12 a.m. Eastern, the two last standing dishes will face-off in Round Three.

Friday, September 14, at 12 a.m. Eastern, the winner of the International Street Food Deathmatch will be announced.
