Fox News Back On Top Of MSNBC In Primetime Demo Ratings

Fox News Back On Top

Fox News is back on top after MSNBC's ratings win earlier this week.

On Monday and Tuesday, MSNBC beat Fox News in primetime ratings for the coveted A25-54 demographic.

The shift--albeit short-lived-- was a surprising one as cable news ratings rarely change. "The O'Reilly Factor" always wins the demo, and Fox News typically beats MSNBC, until earlier this week. As previously reported, Rachel Maddow's Tuesday demo ratings were better than Bill O'Reilly's and Sean Hannity's. Additionally, Lawrence O'Donnell beat Greta van Susteren demo ratings.

Well, it looks like MSNBC's ratings surge came to an end on Wednesday, with Fox News reclaiming its number one spot. Fox News beat MSNBC in the A25-54 demographic by nearly 80,000 viewers.
