In a display of support for military troops and their families, Minnesota Lt. Gov. Yvonne Prettner Solon jumped out of a plane and landed on the lawn of her state Capitol on Tuesday.
Prettner Solon joined forces with the U.S. Army Parachute Team, the "Golden Knights," in the skydiving endeavor. The AP reports that she called the jump an "exhilarating experience" after landing on the ground.
