Central Park Proposal: Umbrellas Spell 'Will You Marry Me?' On Bow Bridge (VIDEO)

LOOK: The Sweetest Marriage Proposal To Hit Central Park

New York's Central Park has long been a popular venue to stage an elaborate marriage proposal.

But the latest cleverly devised, public engagement to capture the attention of the Internet was held beneath the park's Bow Bridge, where a woman proposed to her girlfriend with an eye-catching visual display.

As the couple made their way toward the bridge via rowboat, a group of people were ready to go with rainbow colored umbrellas that spelled out "Will you marry me?"

Justin Rudy, the photographer who captured the moment, said the couple is flattered by all of the attention but would like to remain anonymous.
