Danny Amendola Catch: St. Louis Rams WR Makes One-Handed Grab Against Arizona Cardinals (VIDEO)

WATCH: Amendola's Amazing One-Handed Grab

Danny Amendola may not have managed to catch a historic number of passes against the Cardinals on "Thursday Night Football," but the Rams wide receiver made up for quantity with the quality of this stellar grab. On the Rams' second offensive play of the game, Amendola made a ridiculous one-handed catch on a deep pass from Sam Bradford.

Facing heavy pressure, Bradford heaved a ball downfield to his No. 1 receiver, who was blanketed by Cardinals cornerback Patrick Peterson. Turning around to face the ball, Amendola managed to secure the 44-yard pass with just his left hand as he went to the ground. If Peterson had been covering him any closer on the play then both players would have been wearing that blue No. 16 jersey.

While this big pass play was just the Rams' first step toward a 17-3 victory over the previously undefeated Cardinals, it was the high point of Amendola's night. The 26-year-old receiver would injure his collar bone while attempting to make a diving catch in the second quarter and not return to the game.

AP photographer Jeff Roberson managed to capture a few images of Amendola making his impressive catch:
