WATCH: Cardio Tips For Bad Knees, From Terri Walsh

If your knees are in bad shape, you can still do cardio exercise! Celebrity fitness trainer and lifestyle expert Terri Walsh suggested walking uphill when she joined me on Mondays With Marlo. She also noted that oftentimes people think they have bad knees, but in reality, they just have bad form.
