'The Real Housewives Of Miami': Adriana Says Karent Needs To Stop Being A 'Wannabe' (VIDEO)

Karent Sierra may be dentist to the stars, but that doesn't necessarily make her a star. At least that's what some of her castmates on "The Real Housewives of Miami" think. She does have a tendency to try too hard and be a little over the top, but does that justify Adriana's verbal attacks behind her back? The Hollywood Gossip thought not, writing, "All of these women are attention whores or they wouldn't be on the show in the first place."

Still, it was clearly pile on Karent week on "RHOM," with Adriana leading the charge. She said, "I’m having different people come to me and say she’s so annoying, she doesn’t know her place, she’s such a wannabe, she doesn’t know her place."

Next week promises even more fireworks as Adriana takes what she's been saying about Karent behind her back and confronts the dentist about it. Hopefully she doesn't take Lea's advice and slap Karent, though this being a "Real Housewives" franchise, it's a real possibility.

The drama escalates on "The Real Housewives of Miami," Thursdays at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo.
