Last night's final installment of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" reunion left the cast so splintered that several of the ladies say it's now impossible to film together, leaving the hit franchise crippled.

“I will be honest with you -- it is a very hard thing to forgive,” Melissa Gorga said about her sister-in-law, Teresa Giudice. “At the end of the day, I am a mom and I want to protect my kids and my marriage; I want to protect my life that I’m living. And whether it was my own aunt or cousin or sister, I would have to take them away from me right now because if someone is trying to hurt my marriage, I can’t let them in. And that’s what I’m doing as a mom, as a wife, I’m protecting my family. I don’t know what woman wouldn’t, any good woman would do what I’m doing and say, 'listen, it's enough.'”

Although drama and fights between the Jersey ladies are exactly what have helped make the show such a huge hit, things may have gone too far this time, as the ladies are no longer talking to or interacting with each other.

“Caroline Manzo and Jacqueline Laurita are also disgusted with Teresa,” one insider tells me. “They have nothing to do with her in real life anymore and refuse to fake a relationship when the camera’s are rolling. They would rather leave the show than film with Teresa.”

But with last week's episode getting more than 6 million viewers, network insiders tell me they don’t want any of the ladies to leave and mess with a winning formula.

“The plan is to try and find a way the group can come back together. Forgiveness is a very powerful emotion especially when it is captured on TV,” a source close to production tells me. “None of the ladies have been invited back yet and no shoot date has been finalized, but in the next few weeks expect many meetings to try and get all these ladies working together again. Plus, if all else fails, plan B is to hire one or two new ladies to film with Teresa.”
