Tiny Homes: School Bus Houses Bring Living Small To A Whole New Level (PHOTOS)

If you thought you had the coolest house, we’re about to school you.

If you thought you had the coolest house, we’re about to school you -- school bus you that is.

We recently came across a 1992 International 3700 school bus that's been converted into a tiny house. Repainted a subtle shade of blue, this mobile home has one bedroom and one bathroom. There’s also a fully functioning kitchen with two sinks, propane stove and “plenty of storage for water.” And this particular home has solar panels and runs on diesel and waste vegetable oil.

Surprisingly school bus homes are as popular as other tiny homes. For instance, there’s another listing for a 1947 model that was also converted, though that one doesn’t have a bathroom on board.

Click through our slideshow to see the 1992 model. And head over to Tiny House Listings if you’re interested in purchasing.
