Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher might have separated one year ago, but the former couple is nowhere near a divorce.

Neither Moore or Kutcher has taken any legal step towards ending the marriage, TMZ reported. Neither has given his or her respective lawyer any indication of a divorce filing, either.

Previous reports claimed that Moore and Kutcher were fighting over money and cash, stalling the divorce process. The New York Post reported that “Ashton earned substantially more during the final years of their marriage," but didn't want "to pay a large settlement.” Kutcher, who is now the highest-paid actor on television for his "Two and a Half Men" role, made $24 million last year.

However, TMZ's sources dismiss claims of a money feud. TMZ reports that there have been no discussions about dividing assets.

Kutcher and Moore married in September 2005 and separated in November 2011 after Kutcher reportedly cheated on the 49-year-old actress with 22-year-old Sara Leal.

Kutcher has since moved on with "That 70s Show" co-star Mila Kunis and the two have flaunted their love with numerous public displays of affection.

Moore has made some small public appearances recently. She co-hosted the GEMS "Girls Like Us" Benefit Gala in New York City on Oct. 14, according to USA Today. The following night in Brooklyn, she was spotted at a birthday party for Kabbalah leader Karen Berg, whose son Rabbi Yehuda Berg performed Moore and Kutcher's marriage ceremony.

Despite putting on a brave face, the mother of three is reportedly "jealous" over Kutcher's new romance with Kunis. "Her friends aren't convinced she's all better," a source told People magazine. One source claims she is "jealous and frustrated," while another said, "What was humiliating was having her husband cheat on her in such a public way."
