After a weekend full of Halloween parties, you would think I'd be tired of it all -- but I managed to squeeze in one last party for this season's celebration of ghouls and goblins. If I was ever going to be caught dead at party, the Hyde Out In Haunted Havana was the one.
Hosted by Miami Magazine and Bacardi, this party had it all: cocktails flowing, unique costumes and some good ol' dance music to the crowd moving.
Besides checking off all the must-haves for a good bash, there was great weather. Hyde is mostly outdoors, so clear skies and a bright moon shining on South Beach topped off this shindig.
Oh, the story behind the plane crashed in the pool was that it was filled with the staff of Hyde, and an apparent outbreak happened that turned them all into zombies. They win. -- Jipsy
