Stairs are vital architectural structures. They allow for rooms across varying planes to be connected and create a flow within the space. Normally, we’re exposed to typically-designed steps that are just meant to get us from one floor to the next. But every once in a while we see truly extreme staircases like the Spiral Staircase at the Vatican Museum, that defy normalcy and leave us in awe (and a little dizzy).
