For a while there, actor David Hasselhoff probably had the world's most-envied job, starring on "Baywatch" -- surrounded by a bevy of bikini-clad babes, frolicking in the surf pretending to save people week-after-week. But we all move on, don't we? And moving on is what the Hoff has in mind: He just listed his Encino house for sale at $3,795,000.
We wouldn't want to hassle with the Hoff, but we're betting that he'd like to see all offers on the 8,974-square-foot Colonial-style home, which is set on 1.5 acres. The property includes a five-bedroom house, built in 1988, and has a pool, spa, tennis court and gym. There are formal dining and living rooms, cathedral ceilings, and all the bells and whistles you'd expect. We are especially partial to the built-ins and family room adorned with his music awards.
Hasselhoff originally gained prime-time stardom in 1982, as Michael Knight in NBC's hit series "Knight Rider" -- a role that led to huge popularity overseas. He's spun his international appeal into a successful recording career in Europe. "Baywatch" is still seen in 140 countries by more than 1 billion viewers each week. And in case you were wondering, Carmen Electra was always his favorite "Baywatch" babe.
