'Give Me Love' Video: Ed Sheeran Debuts Final Single From Self-Titled Album (WATCH)

Ed Sheeran's Dark, Beautiful New Music Video (WATCH)

Since his debut album "+" hit the airwaves in September 2011, Ed Sheeran has swiftly built up a devoted international fanbase and collaborated with two of the biggest acts in the pop world, One Direction and Taylor Swift. Today, "Give Me Love," the final single and music video from the album was released, giving fans another hopelessly romantic song from the British star.

Fresh of the success of One Direction's "Little Things," which Sheeran penned himself, "Give Me Love" tells a story not of falling in love, but of love lost. The song features melancholy lyrics like "Give me love like her/'Cause lately I've been waking up alone/Paint spotted tear drops on my shirt." The video shows a lonely Sheeran drinking coffee in a diner as a beautiful girl with angel wings wanders through the city at night. The actress in the video is 27-year-old Australian beauty Isabel Lucas, who has starred in "Immortals" and Red Dawn," and has been romantically linked to Shia Labeouf and rocker Angus Stone. One fan tweeted:

So far, the hauntingly beautiful video seems to be a hit with fans, who propelled #givemelovevideo to trend worldwide on Twitter within 30 minutes of the video's debut.
