Usher Evicts Ex-Wife, Tameka Raymond, From Georgia Home

Usher Officially Gives Tameka The Boot!

As the old adage goes, “all good things must come to an end.” And for Usher’s ex-wife, Tameka Raymond, her extended stay at the singer’s house appears to be officially up following a 60-day notice.

According to TMZ
, the chart-topping crooner listed the 12,544 square-foot Georgia mansion on the market last week for $3.2 million, which he originally purchased in 2007 for $3 million.

As previously reported, Raymond was granted permission to live in the home as part of the former couple’s 2009 divorce settlement, which also allowed for the “Climax” singer to put the suburban home on the market at anytime--as long as he gave his 41-year-old ex-wife 60 days notice.

While she dismisses that, saying she “doesn’t need any handouts,” the former stylist responded to Usher’s claims of her being a “gold-digger” during a September interview of Entertainment Tonight.

"[This] is the typical stereotype," she said. "If a woman who has lesser means -- even if she is successful and hard-working, does her thing in her own right -- marries someone, what they'll call 'marrying up,' who has more money, they're automatically a gold digger."
