Dealing With Dysfunctional Family Members, From Dr. Gail Saltz (WATCH)

Everyone has a few dysfunctional people in their families. Dr. Gail Saltz, psychiatrist, spoke about how to handle these unruly family members during the holiday season when she joined me on Mondays With Marlo. Remove yourself from the dysfunction by settling issues with individual family members before meeting in a large group. The key is to use the word "I" instead of "you", so the person won't get defensive.
