'Grand Theft Auto V' Trailer II: Highly Anticipated Teaser Trailer Released By Rockstar (VIDEO)

WATCH: New 'Grand Theft Auto V' Trailer Released

Gamers, rev those engines.

At 11 a.m. ET on Nov. 14, Rockstar's second "Grand Theft Auto V" trailer hit the web, offering excited fans another glimpse of forthcoming heists and high-speed shenanigans. You can watch the clip below, or at the game developer's website (here):

According to IGN, the above trailer was supposed to debut earlier this month but was delayed when Hurricane Sandy barreled up the East Coast of the U.S., wiping out power for the company's New York office.

The first trailer was released in November of 2011 and provides a cinematic overview of the game's plot, showing a sprawling city space, epic explosions and (of course) speedy cars zipping from one mission to the next. VideoGamer.com also reports there will be three "playable characters" that users can quickly toggle between, each complete with their own specific story arc, strengths and weaknesses.

"Grand Theft Auto V" is expected to be released in the Spring of 2013.
