In celebrating Tuesday's big events (Joe Biden's birthday, the Queen's 65th wedding anniversary), we forgot that Tuesday night had a major, MAJOR thing going on: the premiere of Lindsay Lohan's Lifetime movie, "Liz & Dick."
And of course, Lindsay, who plays the iconic Liz Taylor in the flick, was the guest of honor at the Beverly Hills premiere, and she certainly tried to look the part of Hollywood glamour in her long red hair and pretty red lipstick.
This Donna Dashini dress, though. What are those dangly beads? They look like they were taken straight from Christina Aguilera's handkerchief crop top in the "Genie in a Bottle" video. When Lindsay moved, the lowest cutout also revealed her belly button ring. And though we love gold, the flimsy fabric doesn't seem to be flattering Lindsay's figure at all.
"I want to be known as an actress, not a troubled starlet," Lohan told Us Weekly recently, although, judging from early reviews of the movie, the "spectacularly bad" film might not do much for Lilo's acting reputation. But we would (selfishly!) be happy if Lindsay's dramatic return to the red carpet had a little less questionable dress action.
Lindsay's Lifetime movie "Liz & Dick" premieres on Nov. 25 at 9 ET.
