Here at HuffPost Travel, we've seen our fair share of airplane videos. There was the video of extreme winds that blew landing planes around at Dusseldorf airport plus one from the pilots' perspective that captured take-offs and landings as they hopped around Europe earlier this fall. And who could forget the woman who stood at the edge of the runway at St. Maarten's Princess Juliana Airport to see if she could withstand the force of a JetBlue jet preparing for take-off?
But, a short film by photography and film professor Cy Kuckenbaker shot on November 23 is now high on our list of favorites.
Kuckenbaker took footage of landings at San Diego's airport from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., highlighting just how busy that airport is, and, as he points out on his blog, how dominant Southwest Airlines is there.
Check out the very cool, very short video above.
