Joy Bauer, health and nutrition expert, joined me on Mondays With Marlo to discuss how to replace bad fats with good fats. When it comes to cooking, she stressed that you should avoid hydrogenated oils at all costs. The three oils she prefers to use for both cooking and baking are olive oil, canola oil and grapeseed oil.
