In the latest edition of "How Do I Get That Job?," a Redditor posted a positively aww-inducing photo of an airline attendant calming down a puppy about to fly by itself.
The picture with the title, "My GF works for an airline. Part of her job is comforting puppies who have to fly alone," has been viewed more than 1,200,000 times on Imgur and has 25,000-plus up votes on Reddit.

Many of the post's hundreds of commenters wished they, too, could have such a job.
User "Coney_Island_Hentai," who claims to have been an employee in the baggage check rooms at New York's John F. Kennedy Airport, said this type of thing happens all the time.
"My job was tagging luggage to get sent to the right piers. We also held animals," the user wrote. "Everyday I got to hang out with dogs and cats that were waiting to be taking down via elevator. Always had an extra water bottle to spare with my little friends."
According to Takeyourpet.com, the United States Department of Agriculture regulates air transportation of pets and requires that all pets be at least 8 weeks old and weaned at least five days prior to flying in order to be transported by air. However, the site doesn't recommend transporting pet under the age of 12 weeks.
Requirements for size of crate and cost of handling vary by airline, so do research ahead of time, The New York Times notes
American Airlines allows each ticketed passenger to check in a maximum of two pets. There is limited capacity on each flight, and checked pets are accepted on a first-come basis. Pets without an owner are shipped as cargo.
United Airlines notes they do not accept pets that have been sedated or tranquilized and recommend not feeding the pet in the two hours prior to departure.
