'Cajun Pawn Stars': Virtually One-Of-A-Kind Patton Designed Pistol Sword (VIDEO)

'Cajun Pawn Stars': Extremely Rare Pistol Sword

A piece of weaponry so rare walked into the shop on "Cajun Pawn Stars" that it would be safe to say that virtually no one has ever seen one before. It was a 1913 pistol sword, which is just as weird as it sounds. According to the show, the model of pistol sword brought in was developed by General George Patton, but it never really caught on.

An expert was brought in and was very excited by the find, saying, "These are incredibly rare. I’ve never seen one in the flesh. I’d doubt if there were more than four or five made. This is essentially a one-of-a-kind."

It was estimated the pistol sword could bring in as much as $20,000. The owner, however, made a deal with the shop to part with it for $12,000.

Now all they have to do is find another one and they can have a proper pistol sword duel.

See what walks in next on "Cajun Pawn Stars," Wednesdays at 10 p.m. ET on History.
