A video posted to LiveLeak on Monday shows the unwavering bond between man and dog.
The video shows a man on his back in the middle of a busy Chinese street. According to Dog Heirs, the man fainted while crossing the road with his dog.
In the clip, the shaking dog barks at paramedics who approach the patient to provide treatment, standing loyally on guard. Eventually, bystanders distract the dog enough to move its owner from the street.
When medics secured the man safely inside the ambulance, the little dog was allowed to jump in for a ride to the hospital, MSN New Zealand reported.
