TV Land Cancels 'Retired At 35'

TV Land has canceled "Retired At 35." According to Deadline.com, the sitcom will not return for new episodes.

Starring Jessica Walter, Johnathan McClain and George Segal, the series followed a young man who quits his job and decides to live the retired life with his parents. The series did well in the ratings when it followed "Hot In Cleveland" in its first season with the premiere attracting more that 2 million viewers. However, the debut of its 10-episode Season 2 only had 600,000 viewers.

Request for comment from TV Land was not immediately returned.

Guest stars over the show's two seasons included Robin Givens, Estelle Harris, Shelley Long, John O'Hurley and Fred Willard.

TV Land recently renewed two comedies, "The Exes" and "The Soul Man."
