"Arrow" is doubling down on "Battlestar Galactica" alums, with James Callis set to visit the CW drama in the new year, according to TV Guide.

Callis is set to play The Dodger, described as "an elusive international jewel thief who imposes his plans on the innocent, forcing them to carry out his crimes under duress." He crosses paths with Stephen Amell's bow-wielding hero when Starling City's Sherwood Ruby is stolen, but he'll prove to be an elusive target.

Callis' "BSG" co-star Tahmoh Penikett recently appeared in the episode "Muse of Fire."
