Anthony Davis Throws Down Reverse Alley-Oop, Putback Slam Over Roy Hibbert (VIDEO)

Anthony Davis Puts On A Show

When ever Anthony Davis' rookie highlights video is made, the pair of dunks he made in New Orleans' loss to the Indiana Pacers on Saturday night will probably be included.

The 2012 No. 1 overall pick got it going early when he and Greivis Vasquez ran a pick-and-roll in the first quarter. Indiana's defense left Davis wide open as Vasquez drove to the free throw line and lofted an alley-oop pass. Davis leaped up with nobody around him, caught it and threw down a reverse dunk.

He may have topped that dunk with another one late in the fourth quarter off a missed shot. With the score tied at 65, Vasquez drove to his right and threw up a running shot. The ball went off the back of the rim, but Davis climbed the 7-foot Roy Hibbert for an amazing put-back slam.

It was the dunk over Hibbert that woke up those on Twitter who were watching.
