Frank Ocean's New Year's Eve plans went up in smoke when the hip-hop star was pulled over for speeding in Mono County, Calif, on Monday. According to TMZ, Ocean found himself in further trouble when police smelled pot coming from his BMW and discovered a small bag of marijuana.
TMZ reports that though Ocean was cited for marijuana possession, driving on a suspended license and tinted windows, he was released on the spot. However, the officers did confiscate his driver's license.
