Lake Point Tower Condo Hits Market For $3.4 Million And Is Red, White And Glass All Over (PHOTOS)

PHOTOS: $3.4 Million Lake Point Tower Condo On Sale

Perched on edge of Navy Pier, Lake Point Tower juts out of the cluster of downtown high-rises and boasts what's arguably the best, totally unobstructed panoramic view of the city and Lake Michigan. A super-luxe unit in the building hit the market Monday, with an equally-dazzling price tag of $3.4 million.

The views are the big selling point here, so remarkable, in fact, they have their own dedicated Flickr pool. For residents who don't want to stare out the window all day, however, the 2,537 square-foot one-bed, two-bath condo has some other perks.

But they only come in red or white.

(See photos of the condo below.)

The antiseptic feeling interior is sleek and shiny with all the modern finishes — and lots of glass bricks. Sun-sensitive buyers beware: light pours in the condo at every angle. Meanwhile, the unit also comes with 12 garage spaces (most of them currently occupied by a pile of red Ferraris) that have been converted into an entertainment area with an eyeball-searing color palette.

The building's condo association lists a string of common area amenities designed to ensure residents never have to leave their lakeshore lily pad, including a sauna, both indoor and outdoor pools, a grocery store, playground and workout rooms.

Spacious and full of brag-worthy views, potential buyers may also appreciate the irony of this Lake Point Tower condo: the space has room for a dozen cars yet sports such well-appointed amenities there's almost no reason to ever drive anywhere.
