2013 Oscar Nominations: 'Lincoln,' 'Argo' Up For Academy Awards

The 2013 Oscar nominations have been announced.

Actress Emma Stone and "Ted" director Seth MacFaralane revealed the 85th annual Academy Awards nominations on Thursday morning. MacFarlane is set to host the ceremony on Feb. 24.

2013 Oscar nominees include "Lincoln," which scored nods for Best Picture, Best Actor (Daniel Day-Lewis) and Best Director (Steven Spielberg). "Argo" was also honored by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences, earning nominations for Best Picture and Best Supporting Actor (Alan Arkin).

"Zero Dark Thirty" received multiple nominations as well, including Best Picture and Best Actress (Jessica Chastain).

Elswhere, "Les Miserables" was nominated for Best Picture, Best Actor (Hugh Jackman) and Best Supporting Actress (Anne Hathaway). "Silver Linings Playbook" also received a Best Picture nomination, while its stars -- Jennifer Lawrence and Bradley Cooper -- were singled out in the lead actor and actress categories.

The Oscars are voted on by members of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences; more information on the voting process is available at the Academy's website.
