Despite the chipper appearances, it's been a stressful past year for the model. On Nov. 29, after years of enduring a nasty custody battle, Aubry and estranged girlfriend Halle Berry reached a joint agreement over the custody of their daughter. One week prior, Aubry had gotten into a physical altercation with Berry's current boyfriend, the actor Olivier Martinez, leading to Aubry's arrest, broken rib and bruised black eye.
