DETROIT, MI - Following hospital treatment in Metro Detroit, British rocker Morrissey has been diagnosed with a bleeding ulcer that will force him to reschedule his upcoming tour dates.
The news was sent to Mlive Detroit in a statement Sunday night from Laura Papapietro, Morrissey's publicist.
