Jennifer Aniston, 43, is taking her upcoming wedding very seriously.
Since this is Jennifer Aniston's second time around, the Hollywood A-lister wants to make sure she does it right: Aniston enrolled fiance Justin Theroux into "marriage bootcamp" with her. Before they tie the knot, Jen made sure they have a three-day intense therapy session in Santa Monica, Calif.
"Jen and Justin are super excited about their big day," a source told HollyScoop, "but she thought it would be a good idea to start married life rid of any problems." So far, it seems Justin, 41, is just as big a believer in the therapy sessions as Jen.
Aniston has always been into therapy, and in the past said: "I find it very normal to lie down on a couch every once in a while and let your head be straightened out, and your heart."
At this "marriage bootcamp," the golden couple had to hand over their cellphones and do counseling, couples' massages and screaming therapy -- where you scream your feelings out!
But "marriage bootcamp" is not all Jen does to keep in tip-top shape for her wedding (and for kicks). The actress talked about her strict workout regimen with InStyle last March, and revealed that she exercises daily. "I work out almost every day, at least five or six days a week," she then said. "I do 40 minutes of cardio: spinning, running, the elliptical, or a combination of all three. Then I do Pilates one day a week, and I do yoga in addition to that, three days a week. I try to mix it up."
Also, apparently Jen is an astonishingly good pole dancer.
We're rooting for you, lovebirds!
