Lawrence O'Donnell Takes Trip Down Dick Morris Memory Lane (VIDEO)

WATCH: Lawrence O'Donnell Runs Through Dick Morris' 'Greatest' Hits

MSNBC host Lawrence O'Donnell used his signature "Rewrite" segment to run through former Fox News contributor Dick Morris' greatest hits.

Fox News dropped the conservative pundit from its on air lineup when it announced it would not be renewing his contract on Tuesday. Last week, Fox News announced its decision to let Sarah Palin's contract expire without renewal. Morris has not appeared on Fox News air since November 12, after he and Karl Rove refused to accept President Obama's election night victory on air. He will appear on CNN's "Piers Morgan Tonight" on Wednesday.

O'Donnell seemed pleased by Fox News decision to let Morris' contract expire. He said, "First Sarah Palin. Now big Dick Morris. Fox News is rewriting its roster of pundits and in the process getting rid of its most ridiculous players." O'Donnell said he was certain Morris would "resurface somewhere, somehow." Before launching into a Dick Morris highlights reel of sorts, O'Donnell added, "In the meantime, we'll always have our memories of Dick."
