Marriage Infidelity: Cheating Husband Caught Via Computer (VIDEO)

In this clip from a recent episode of the OWN reality show "Unfaithful," you're introduced to married couple Jillian and Mike, who work together at the same office. One night, after Jillian asks Mike if she can borrow his laptop, she is shocked to see an IM pop up from a coworker, Brianna. It reads, "Good night, baby."

Jillian waits until she has enough evidence of an actual affair before confronting her cheating husband about his infidelity -- and it doesn't take long. What she finds is overwhelming: a 78-page IM conversation, dating back to the beginning of Mike and Brianna's relationship. She downloaded it and printed it out. "Every sexual act that they performed on each other... was in this document," she says. "...After reading probably 50 percent of it, I couldn't read any more."

"People think they're invincible when it comes to having affairs because there's such a huge payoff," says clinical psychotherapist Aiyana Ma'at. "It becomes an okay thing to take more and more risks, because what you're getting is often just so good to you that it clouds any judgment that you have."
