The third annual TEDx Manhattan conference, "Changing The Way We Eat", will occur on February 16, 2013. The day-long speaker series brings together food and farming leaders to discuss how the food system can create a more sustainable future. Speakers include Gary Hirshberg of Stonyfield Farm, Anna Lappé of the Small Planet Institute and Small Planet Fund and Bill Yosses, the executive pastry chef of the White House.
