Pat Riley's $16.8 Million Coral Gables Mansion Will Be Demolished: Report

THIS Is A Tear-Down??!?!

The Miami Heat president's beautiful 12,856-square-foot Mediterranean mansion in the gated Gables Estates Club is going to be completely razed by the new owners, reports the Miami Herald.

Guess its wine cellar, media room, library, and amazing pool -- complete with a swim-up bar, Jacuzzi, and damn, even a bridge -- is just not fancy enough for Miamians in search of extreme luxury.

The buyer, listed only as 180 Arvida LCC on county records, bought the palatial estate in April.

Riley purchased the home in 1996 for $6.3 million, just after he began coaching the Heat.

In other demolition news, Real Housewife Lisa Hochstein and husband are still fighting for the right to tear down what some are deeming a historically significant house on Miami Beach.
